Founder & Operations ManagerOriginally from central Mississippi, Mitchell comes from a family of home builders and grew up immersed in the construction industry from an early age. That foundation sparked a lifelong passion for building and problem-solving, which led him to earn a degree in Construction Management from Mississippi State University.
Following graduation, Mitchell expanded his experience in the commercial construction sector in Nashville, Tennessee, where he spent years managing and leading complex projects across multiple markets. With a foundation built on years of leading complex commercial projects, from downtown Nashville high-rises to hospitals and private developments, Mitchell brings the precision of large-scale construction to a more personalized level.
Every project is approached with clear coordination and a sharp focus on execution, resulting in work that is consistent, thoughtful, and well-managed.

Marketing DirectorOriginally from Atlanta, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She spent ten years in Nashville before relocating to Florida, where she now oversees the company’s marketing and design efforts.
Coming from a family with deep roots in construction, Kaitlyn has always had an appreciation for the industry.
